NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Members for the Redhill Forest Property Owners, Mutual Water and Cattle Association will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, beginning at 5:30 PM via Zoom Conference Video/Call.  The Zoom Conference Video/Call information is below.

The purpose of the Annual meeting is to:

1. Communicate to the owners the status of their Association and discuss any current issues.

2. Elect three (3) Board Members to each serve 3-year terms.   This is a volunteer position.  The Board oversees contracts for services of the community, makes decisions regarding spending, and oversees implementation of the water distribution system and the budget.  Monthly board meetings are held and generally last about 2 hours.  The meeting day and time are subject to mutual agreement by the Board but have historically been on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:30 PM.

3. To conduct all other business as may properly come before the Association.​
